The original surface is decompacted and top dressed by recycling buried soil and root zone.  Buried soil is brought to the surface and then incorporated back into the root structure, saving time and money by avoiding the need to import additional materials. The specially designed blades lift the soil and leave any unwanted stones buried for a clean finish. A rear drag brush incorporates the soil dressing into the surface.
